I know Ben is well loved within the club and in the leadership group too.

He is a cool head when things are not going well, HOWEVER it's not like his disposals have been prolific or anywhere near that either.

His disposal decision making is very very average, If anybody still subscribes to the Rocket wing plays, it's Ben.

Haven't got the stat, but I would be interested to read his clanger rate for 2005 in comparison to his team mates. Obviously Nicksy tops the leaderboard.

Not sure about this year but either last year or the year before his clanger stats were actually really low - one of the best in the team. Of course, that stat is affected by what mistakes are actually called clangers. The fact that he can't actually hit the opposition on the chest either helps him.

I think clangers are a very misleading stat. If someone makes a poor handball that results in the receiving player turning the ball over, the latter player gets the clanger.

                  So the handballer is management.

And the receiver is the employee.

The manager gets promoted and the employee gets retrenched.

How will the captains be assessed? A reality TV show.

The show would be a combination of Survivor and The Apprentice. Divide the team list into 2 groups. Each week the prospective captains perform a variety of tasks that the captain would do, such as on-field leadership and off-field public speaking. Whenever we lose, a player is delisted from the group that make the most clangers.
