    Did Vogels stray off the line of the mark as he was running in? That could be the only (legit) reason for calling play-on as he was running in.

      Nope, was clearly the "hurry up" and showed great presence of mind to do the dodge and pass off to Moore.
      Probably would've kicked from 51/52m if he was allowed to.
      Two different sets of rules...........................

        I thought the umpires were calling play on throughout the match if the player took to long to kick it. Must be one of those mid-season rule re-interpretations.

        Vogels did well though, nice dummy and pass to Moore.

          Don't you know that there is a different rulebook for Matthew Lloyd (its actually for him and Hird).
