Fair point that for some people, on one day it might be one thing, and on one day another. The question remains the same, though: do people see the function of RWO as primarily psychological/community (allowing people to get stuff off their chest, enabling Swans fans to chat) or practical (kicking around ideas for real-life improvement of the team and club)?

Your view seems to be the former, i.e. that Roos and staff should be ignoring the opinions on RWO and in the media (including, obviously, your own) in terms of formulating a game plan.

I don't have any problem with that. They are, after all, the dudes getting paid for this, and we're not. It just struck me from other posts that you had a different opinion on the topic.

I'd like to think that we could produce ideas that could make a difference.

      However, practically that's very unlikely.

Still, I think it is interesting to discuss suggestions and changes. At least it helps when venting.

        Aww come on.

So far RWO can confidently claim the following decisions:
        1. Put Goodes in the ruck again
        2. Drop Spriggs
        3. Rotate the captaincy (well we couldn't make up our mind on the poll could we?)
        4. Play Vogels.

Until we decide the LRT argument, and what the new game plan should be, Roos will not change things.

Perhaps we could start a hooped socks campaign, just as a test case.

I will NEVER agree to those lollipop hooped socks! I would go back to supporting Richmond if they became permanent!
