Schneider has been darn disappointing, I notice Roos before training yesterday talking about his hammie problems as a reason but the fact is he hasn't played well for a while, he's soft, not dual-sided and is undersized height wise. There are too many other types like him in terms of having deficiencies, but in the case of some, they have enough other plusses to outweight them. Sprigg's selection is mystifying though.

Schneider has been disapointing this year

Lack of confidence was killing his form
He had a stunning debut and i think that he can recapture that form

But dropping him and saying that they are looking out for his best interests is stupid.

Just say ' hey we dont like the way hes playing'

He should either get time in the top grade..at least a few games in a row..let him show if he is up to it...if not let him stay in reserves
A little man is sitting in a room with two doors. One door says "Do Not Enter" and the other says "Do Not Exit". So he just sits there, holding his hat.

While we are still a rough chance for the 8 you must keep as much of the rabble out of the side as is possible.

As an SCG member who needs to get to the ground early for a decent seat and watches reserves, you are spot on.

Both Schmidt and Willoughby (as well as Moore) hit targets.

Spriggs can't kick 40m. He's worse than LRT.
Not quite true - he can kick 40M, just not to anyone wearing red and white.

Why they would persist with playing him in the midfield when the Pies tried the same thing and failed is beyond me. Yes I know different club and players could provide different results but lets move on.

He has a freaky talent let's start using it for good. Actually to just start using it at all would be a move in the right direction.

Hoping for a big one from Nicky D

We could certainly use a big kicking, goal kicking midfielder.
None of our other midfielders kick goals, one of our biggest weaknesses.
