There were very nice signs, even last year.

He was injured (groin I think) at the start of the year and I'm not sure he had much of a pre-season. It's not surprising, therefore, that he's taken a bit of time to get into his stride.

I haven't seen much of the reserves games in the past month given that we;ve have two away game but I was excited about what I saw last year. He will be a player for us, but maybe won't get a chance this season.

He is probably likely to play a Dempster / Kennelly type role - ie he's reasonably tall, mobile and skilled with a decent longish kick on him. Dempster may yet make the transition to KPP but its too early to tell yet whether Davis will ever bulk up enough to make that transition. I'd guess he is slightly zippier by foot than Dempster, suggesting that Kennelly is probably the best comparision. But he's stronger overhead than Kennelly and may be a more natural defender.

Jarrad Sundqvist, Heath James, Paul Bevan, Adam Schneider, Jarred Moore and Jason Saddington are or have been seniors players. How did they perform? Is Sunny getting fit? Did Heath put in a solid performance? Is Saddo finished? Etc... (Ben Fixter I was hoping would be included by now ....?)

Thanks for the game update but what is happening with these guys?

Why do I ask? Because these guys are the depth! (And I don't
get to the reserves games any more - bugger!)

I was thinking last what a wasted opportunity to have the Marist Brothers playing to fill spots in the reserves.

Why not auction the vacant spots to swans supporters. I would pay $250 to have a run with the boys. What a thrill!

Only proviso would that I don't spend the whole game on the bench and get to spend at least some time on the ball.

With score lines as they are now - what difference would it make.

He had observed that people who did lie were, on the whole, more resourceful and ambitious and successful than people who did not lie.
