I think you're being a bit harsh. Before his injury, Jude was one of our best performers. You can't expect a guy to come straight back into the team and have a blinder (unless you're Nic Fosdike of course!) For me, Jude has had this season what quite a few of our supposedly 'top line' players have lacked: consistency and intensity.

Well he never came out for a warm up before the game last week and he never ran out through the banner. Some people said it was because if Tigers players saw him, they'd feel threatened. So it was more like a big surprise to the opp team when they saw him come on.Comment

He must've played because all the players that played were at the aftermatch. I thought it was MOL who didn't come out and do the warm-up. Was it both of them?
Apparently the Swans have received a 'Please Explain' from the AFL because Nicks did come out and do the warm-up but then didn't play.Comment

I don't know how much being out for two matches (3 weeks) has to do with wasteful uncreative possession and no influence in the middle of the park.
Yes I am being harsh and unfair and as I said he does deserve a few more games but I think Jude would make a great candidate for a big trade (if trades exist in the AFL anymore). But that won't happen and I still doubt a midfield with both Kirk and Jude Bolton (and Mathews for that matter) in it...Comment

I should learn to use emoticons more often. Actually I know when to use them, it's just I can't be bothered. for my previous post.
As for Jude.... well, he's been great all year. To dwell on a single mistake is an injustice to how good he has been for us this year.
Tonights game was fab. I know it wasn't the game all you doomsayers were after, but it showed a bit of resolve from last weeks effort and that's what I enjoyed about it.
