Possibly Ball's best game for the year. He and Jolly slaughtered Melbourne in the ruck. If Ball plays a few more games like that he might want to consider playing on next year.

Hope they both go - but they probably wont.

If we play like we did in the last weeks with confidence and support of each team member on our own ground we might win.

        Hope so.
        Love those Swans

I reckon we out numbered the Dees fans last night.

i tell you what guys, i have that funny feeling about next weeks game.

amd the last time i had that funny feeling we beat the lions up here when no one gave us a hope in hell. the time before that was the st kilda game at the scg when i was in canada. so there. i think we will win.

            thoughts folks?

Great game from Ball. Took some good strong grabs.

IMHO - Cox will play next week, Gardiner may get a week (or more).

Geez Ball is saving his best for last. If this really is his last hurrah.

Before we get too far ahead of ourselves, Ball did most of his good work in the last quarter when White could barely trot.

Spot on Mike. I am amazed that , yet again , he did not make the "best" list on afl.com.au.
(Equally amazed that Monty didn't make it as well. At least they got the B.O.G. right).

I think Ball's ability to locate the rovers is improving.
Not often you can say that about a player close to the end.

Hope he can stay on - IMO when he was injured a couple of seasons back , we missed not only his ruckwork but his general play too.
Even if he's fit , he might call it quits as I'm told he's well off and hardly needs footy to keep the wolf from the door.

According to this he's thinking about running around again next year.

Just gotta add my piece and agree that Bally had a great game and I don't believe it was just in the last quarter. I remember thinking early on that that he was playing well, maybe it was the white boots that stood out.

Good to see BAllsy responding to the spray I gave him when he gave away that stupid goal against the Tigers!

You called this when you said that the Dees may have made a mistake by having no back up for White! Spot on the money again!

When does the nxt assistant coaching berth come up?
