Here's the problem.

Bulldogs vs Brisbane.
Played in Victoria.
If I want to see it, I can drive to the ground and watch the game.

Adelaide vs Swans.
Played in Adelaide.
To see it I either need pay tv or an airfare.

As I said, these are some of the things that the AFL needs to take into account when renegotiating TV rights.
