    Lrt

Another great game IMO. McGregor did nothing. Supprisingly not reflected in the stats though where LRT only got 6 touches (seemed like more) which was the same as Kenny.
Lot of spoils though. And groundwork.

Really good with his hands... all that work with SOS has done wonders for him in marking contests.

He, Brett and Goodes would have to be our best on ground. It got to the stage where I never thought his man would take a mark when the ball came down his way - and he got the ball out well.

On the other hand Ben, our other whipping boy, didn't have a good game with his disposals.

Great disposal in the last quarter. Had my heart in my mouth. LRT running straight at the ball - if he missed it we were gone - trapped it perfectly and fed it forward for an attack.

The Swans were sustained by the efforts of Adam Goodes and Brett Kirk, with Lewis Roberts-Thompson doing a fine job on Crow forward Ken McGregor.

That's how I voted in the TLM.

(did I just damn someone with faint praise or did I say something too negative then or perhaps added some poison to my comment...)

Looks like the Hun watched the game and the AFL site went to the stats (though I say that sight unseen - but I don't think anyone who watched it would put Ben in our best).

Jude was quiet too - adn Bucky at the end. Even having a limping NOG didn't help. Did we rotate players much - I didn't notice Moore or Schneider at all, really?

                    Moore looked rather slow.

                    Schneider looked hopeless.

The good news is that LRT still has plenty scope for development. I felt we were missing a dominant CHB at time. When they started the run in the third quarter, a physically dominating CHB might have stopped that by extending his physical presence. Certainly LRT is capable of this and I think this is the role he should eventually grow into.

With another 2-3 years of development, LRT should develop into a premier CHB of the comp I think.

A much better game from LRT. Seems to be gaining some on-field composure and his body positioning is much better. And I think 6 out of 6 of his disposals hit a target (just) - unlike former "captain" Ben Mathews (grrr)!

Superb game by LRT. My respect for SOS has gone up 20 notches. Ran McGregor under the ball nearly every time it was kicked high into the forward line.

LRT probably has the best balance of any of our backline, wish Tadhg would learn from LRT on how to keep his feet all the time.

And as SOS was a fullback , I'm starting to think my young lad has got it right and that LRT may play there one day.
