Its 12.55am and half time on TV here in Sydney and I couldnt wait up til 2am to watch Freo lose. Logging on here and finding out that they won is FANTASTIC news!!! Please Sydney win on Sunday. Hawks will be easy. Then its time for revenge against the Crows followed by a home preliminary final. Woo-bloody-hoo indeed!!!

What an awesome final quarter and a furious game of football for most of it. I'm glad I stayed up until 2am to watch it. Good night.

        Me too!

Interesting too how it seemed the entire crowd stayed till the dockers left the field. Well done Freo!

Now for the Pies to create another upset tomorrow then maybe, just maybe, we can sneak up to second and take on the Crows here. Oh joyous thought!

I was barracking for the Dockers as hard as any one but, gee, you wouldn't wish an outcome like the Saints copped tonight on your worst enemy. To lose three talls in one match is horrid luck - and to lose the game too wasn't much better given that Freo were pretty ordinary, Pavlich and McPharlin aside.

Add the losses to the fact that Gehrig is sore and Riewoldt and Hamill potentially fragile physically and it certainly ain't looking good for the 'Aints.

Perhaps not on a worst enemy but certainly on our greatest threat for the flag. Will anyone remember or care what happened to a dysfunctional club at Subiaco two weeks before a finals series? The twanging of their hammies should be music to our ears. Ruthlessness = premierships. That's the culture needed to win flags eh footyhead?

Would need to have the Crows lose pretty heavily in both games and us win pretty heavily for that to happen - possible, but very very unlikely.

And thank god for Fox Footy - I was able to watch the last quarter and then head to bed around midnight!!

              I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

I just hope Sydney don't blow it. The cards have fallen their way before and they haven't made the most of it - in fact this is often when they fail. Please let me be wrong.

Opportunity knocks for the Swans now. You beauty!!

The first final will be crucial - get over the Crows and then a home prelim - a chance not to be wasted.

Most people are not towing the 'one game at a time' line...

There is a fair chance Adelaide will win the minor premiership. If Adelaide beat Coll (they will) and Geelong beat WCE (they could), the final H&A game of Adel v WCE will determine top spot. Adelaide would be slight favourites at home.

We could still be off to Perth IF we finish 3rd. Geel v WCE today will be critical.

                      Go Eagles!

I think the Adel v WCE game is in Subi.
