Game will actually begin 30 minutes later. You need extra time for some entertainment, maybe some fireworks and obligatory Australian anthem.
Ah yes, sorry, got my timings wrong. Ta.

It's OK, but keep in mind that in the end it will be AFL decision (strongly influenced by Ch 10 of course), when the game will start. So treat times I mentioned above as indicative not actual. This Sunday at 6 p.m. (AEST) we'll find out about the finals schedule.

Disappointing for people who can't make it if we play in Adelaide on Friday night. I suppose you could take a sicky off work?
Vicky Pollard: Oh my god I so can't believe you just said that this is like the time I threw Anita's nokia in the canal as a joke and she's like you have well got to buy me another one and I'm like get over it and then Paul came over who's adopted anyway and started saying that I fancy Mark Bennett but oh my god just because I have sex with someone doesn't mean I fancy them.

We'll know who is play who by 5pm, but we won't find out the dates and times until 7.30pm (AEST) like in past season since Ch 10 took over the TV rights to the finals
          Once was, now elsewhere

Great, Ill be getting SMS's when I'm not only feral but more than likely off my tree at the Sydney FC vs Melbourne Victory match. And I'll have to try ad work out from all that where we are playing and when.

It looks like if it is Friday night, that I'd have to give the match a miss. I just wouldn't be able to get the time off to get over to Adelaide or Perth. A $600+ trip for 24 hours; I start having to ask myself whether it is really all worth it.

If it is a Friday night match, how about we get a big group together in Sydney at the Sydney Aussie Rules Club.

JF (stressed out of my wits by all this, as well as preparations for Sydney FC's first game.)

There's a suggestion on bigfooty (crows board) that Adrian Anderson has said the loser of the Subiaco match will have to play Friday night.

They are going feral because if they lose it means a long flight (its really not that long is it?) back to Adelaide on Sunday and then only 4 days to prepare.

The Swans are heading back from Melbourne on Sat night. Maybe a small advantage - particularly if the Crows-Eagles match turns out to be a tough one.

Sounds like a good idea! If we get as many people as there were at the Kangaroos AM last Sunday, should be a great atmosphere.

They play at the same time as the Swans - give or take an hour or two. Both teams will have the same length of time to recover.

They are on two hours later but it seems they aren't flying back to Adelaide until Sunday afternoon.

They can still start their recovery at the same time as normal - just in Perth instead of Adelaide.

I look foward to seeing everyone if you have come over to play against WCE in Perth I dream of beating WCE over here............we still owe them revenge when their supporters acted like wankers after they beat us earlier in the season when we were still finding our feet.......... I would love to wear the red & white in the Subiaco streets.
