    that may be so, but the Banner Gods may have made Baz play on as punishment. They couldn't punish Richmond any more as they wallow in despair day in and day out.

    The following week at training Stuey smashed into Pebbles' shoulder and hurt him. He missed the QF as a result. It's all inter related Scotty don't dis the Banner Gods.

      Thats why I don't come out from the bar until the banner business is over.

                  Only about 25% of the ground sees it, so who cares, not the people in the O'Reliiy, Messenger, Doug Walters, Bradman etc. etc statnds.

                    Can it get a small mention without taking over the whole banner? Its just that its a fairly common milestone - Schneider is on 47 so in 3 more he will reach 50 and LRT wont be too far behind either - its just that quite a few get to 50 - its not as special as 100, 200, 300 etc.
                    And the man who started it, the Schneiderman, can kick his third for the quarter. And the swans are in the Grand Final!

                      But another win
                      Is a better cause to celebrate
                      That's actually a pretty good idea

                      I'd remove the 'a' in the third line though. Hate to be picky.

                          you could always have the usual rhyme and at the bottom

                          NOG = 50
                          I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

                            If it's common then it's not much of a milestone (relatively speaking of course).

                              Is it somewhere on the Swans website that shows how many games have been played by each player?
                              Vicky Pollard: Oh my god I so can't believe you just said that this is like the time I threw Anita's nokia in the canal as a joke and she's like you have well got to buy me another one and I'm like get over it and then Paul came over who's adopted anyway and started saying that I fancy Mark Bennett but oh my god just because I have sex with someone doesn't mean I fancy them.

                                Stuff them! As long as what's on the banner doesn't effect their public image, they have absolutely no say on what goes on there.

                                As if things were like that Charlie! Banners are seen by clubs these days as symbols of the club as a "brand name". Gone is the wit, gone are the cheeky messages that stirr up the opposite, in are messages than are basically glorified adverts. It is pretty sad, but when the club is telling you what to do & are paying for it, you pretty much have to do what they tell you.

                                I don't stress myself with it any more. Am I missing it, to be honest no I am not. Not at all.

                                Should Ablett be recognised for his 50 games? Of course he should. Should anyone make a fuss about it? Well, be very very careful if you do.
