There was a good article in today's West Australian about the influence of Paul Williams.
Basically (and quite rightly saying) that Sydney have been a better team since his return. Also reminded everyone that he had 30 plus possessions in last years final. In typical parochial fashion they neglected to say that he absolutely carved up Judd in that game.

Of course they do. We have beaten them last start, and beaten them in the last final by a big margin. They may have beaten us at Subi in between, but we fielded a very understrength side that day. They know that.

I live in Perth, and to be honest the response I've noticed is that we're almost treated as the favourites in this game given the Coasters form. Coasters fans are normally very confident but I can't believe how many people have said "you'll win"

I like being under dogs!

As for the media... I've avoided it so I donno, maybe they're more optimistic of the Coasters chances
