I know it was a nothing goal right on the gaol line, but my face lit up like a Christmas Tree when Ryan got that goal.
Vicky Pollard: Oh my god I so can't believe you just said that this is like the time I threw Anita's nokia in the canal as a joke and she's like you have well got to buy me another one and I'm like get over it and then Paul came over who's adopted anyway and started saying that I fancy Mark Bennett but oh my god just because I have sex with someone doesn't mean I fancy them.

I thought Jolly did well too. But Cox is an amazing ruckman. He rucked almost single-handedly all game, and still had the energy to take two telling marks in the last seconds. A champion.

Geelong is looking pretty good - we will probably go out in straight sets.

Magic's pass to Davis (I think) was one of the best passes I have seen for a while. An arcing spinning bullet, from memory. Sometimes Magic does things that make me question wether the guy is an alien.

His goal after receiving a short handball from Schneider wasn't bad either!

Kirk almost kicked a goal after stopping a WC player dead in his tracks, awesome strength. If he had slotted it....*sigh*

              Still a great play though.

Duh, it was actually Davis to Magic.

Ah - I kept wondering if that was what you were talking about. That was a great piece of play by Davis and an horrific miss by MOL.

I reckon that Davis bloke goes alright and might have a bit of talent in him.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

Which just about kept us in it for another minute or two.

Geez Ann, I suppose you have a right to your opinion, but hell, it's so negative and depressing.
For the record, I think we we will progress this week.

As for the team, the effort and determination to stick to the game plan was outstanding.

                            Defence was superb.

As for Geelong this week, went to the G with a couple of Melbourne supporters. Dee's were as flat as a tack and Geelongs form flattered them.

If the team plays as well as Friday, then Geelong won't be able to withstand the pressure.

Nick Davis is playing very well.
Playing up the ground in the midfield and seems very fit. Keep it going Nick.
                              Love those Swans

How good was that passage of play from Crouch to Kenelly to Davis to goal. It was simply brilliant.
