    O'Loughlin's was worse!
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

Yes it did, but I still think it was worse.

You have a very unorthodox approach to football.

Let's hope he can pull up his socks and try to knock a couple between the sticks this week.
Yeh...A professional athlete should never kick the ball that poorly. From that distance it shoud always be atleast a point. He's not very accurate on the run i dont think...

Yeah but his goal in round 17 was voted goal of the round and is in the running for goal of the year - no other swan has that honour this year!
And the man who started it, the Schneiderman, can kick his third for the quarter. And the swans are in the Grand Final!

Not quite sure what determines "in the running" for GOTY but both O'Loughlin and Kennelly have scored goals that were deemed to be GOTW, which I thought meant they were in the running for GOTY.

Pfft... you'd let facts get in the way of supporting a favourite...
Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

As my journalist/arts friends always say (see erin - your advice is useful) never let the facts ruin a good argument!

Thats why they used to wrap Fish and Chips in newspaper, it was the only use they could find for it.

So you seem to think that professional athletes are machines - never make mistakes and never let the nerves affect them!!
