Exactly, I'm just sitting waiting to watch that last 10 minutes. It was just so unbelievable at the ground.

It was pretty amazing....when I couldn't bear to watch, I could still tell what was happening from the crowd. Not just the noise, but the feeling in the air. What an amazing last few minutes.

Another thing I thought about was the fact that if Sydney lost, it would have been the worst timing. With alot of people watching all over the country and people in Sydney with expectations it was the worst advertising for the game.

But with the win its pretty good for the game as a sport, the fact that the game was scrappy and quite painful will be overlooked (fortunately).
That's the problem with modern day medicine - there's no more natural selection of the species.
No wonder there's so many Collingwood fans.

I was not at the '96 Prelim but that was easily the most beserk I have personally seen the SCG get. When Davis got it, the place just exploded. I will never ever forget that feeling of euphoria, want to bottle it and sell it.

We MUST play better next week, but what a win.

Its almost 2am and I only got home ten minutes ago. I am exhausted. I have almost lost my voice. I can still hardly belive that we won. I cried as I hugged my friends after the siren blew. They were also crying. I need to watch the last quarter again because it seems like a blur now. Shocking game, fantastic win. I havent been that happy at the end of a game since the 1996 prelim final. Wow.

                  Incredible.

That must be what 1996 at the SCG felt like.

I can still remember the SCG in 96 clear as a bell, and I reckon last night was bigger! I went nuts with that goal, and whent he siren blew I was lucky the fence was in front of me to hold me up because nothing else would have! I was screaming and crying and hugging and shaking - I still don't believe it! I got home abt 1am, and watch the tape of the last 1/4, then tried to go to bed, but sleep was not an option! Needless to say I didn't look too good rocking up for a course at 9am with a super-size starbucks double shot coffee in my hand this mornig

Me n the boys are still in recovery. It was the most amazing game of my life!! We were in Bay 31 n tried to get the crowd going all game so our voices are wrecked so bad. That last quater was sensational. You know the feeling you get when you are continually jumping up so quickly you get ridiculously light headed and are set to pass out... It was unreal!! I have never hugged so many people in my life...
