    my bad.

    What week's rest?
A trip to Perth would surely take more out than a trip to the SCG Sydney. Our players showed a touch of weariness and fatigue in the first half. If you watched the game closely, in several occasions when laid to the ground, they rose up slower than they did in Perth. I dont know if that is mental or physical but this aspect should definitely improve after the Cats game. It is not for no reason that Roos gave the troops two days off (Sat and Sun) after the game.

    How do you figure that?
We have been through a hell lot more of close contests than the Saints. Battle-harden, so to speak. They might be fresher but it would be easier for them to hit the panic button than us. That could make a difference as long as we are in the game after the half time.

The injured saints, including Kosi and Hamill, had a private fitness test (that was shown on TV ) yesterday.

So we can't discount them playing just yet.

Nah - they're just testing them out ahead of the GF that they're guaranteed to play.

LOL, they just said pretty much the same thing on the news, "they are saving Hamill for the GF".

Maguire didn't really look at the peak of match fitness.
