What are the WCE and Swans stats on Frees For and Frees Against for the season?

A truely amazing decision. Blind freddy could see what happening in the 3rd q. on Fri. night. Yet these two are rewarded with the GF. The AFL just love to court controversy don't they.

They were ok in the last quarter in both of our last two games. Hopefully Roos sends Baz out to them after the first quarter.

I sent a reply to the umpires. Just asking for them to be fair and unbiased. This whole GF thing is like a continuing nightmare. I hope the Swans make some official approach to the AFL or the umpires asking why these 2 Sydney hating umpires have been appointed and asking them to ensure we are treated FAIRLY.

Who cares about being the most experienced??? Get the best umpires from this season to umpire the game. If that happens to be Shaun Ryan who has umpired less than 70 games, so be it!

Does this mean the Umpires will be extra careful with decisions considering it's the Grand Final?

If I'm wrong and we lose, then we'll all know why.

I'm not so concerned myself, because there's no home ground advantage to influence their decisions. Besides they will officiate two non-victorian teams, so they can stay impartial. *fingers-crossed*

That's actually a good positive. With our melbourne-based history we will probably get more support at the MCG on the day, so if anything we are the home team . They don't deserve to be umpiring the Grand Final and it is a disgrace that they are, but they may not be as biased as usual

What about Vozzo, got to be better than Goldspink or maclaren. Look on the bright side we have won recent games with these donkeys. I feel our boys can overcome thi challenge. Go the swans....
