Have some class. Maguire is about the only person who can get Baz into the GF now.

And what will you say if Maguire turns around at the tribunal tomorrow, upholds the code and Barry walks?

If Hall gets off, all is forgotten. As Carey said "there's a lot of acting" in AFL games. If Hall goes, I will hate him forever.

So what if he upholds the code? everyone does (except that weak dog Holland). He could have come out and stated that he dived allready or St Kilda could have told the AFL he was still in pain from the operation and thats why the punch looked worse but instead they denied it. Make no mistake about it, the saints want him to miss the GF.

if he upholds teh code, ill get a picture of an angel put his head on it

but the chances of him coming out NOW and saying yeh i took a dive and left my man unmarked too kick a goal. Do you really think he wants too look like weak ********?

maybe he will just sneak in the side

regardless of what he says now, he still took a dive.

Maguire doesn't really matter. We need the charge to be downgraded to 'in play'. Then we're right.

I'll be shattered for the club, for Barry and for myself if the appeal is dismissed. As I'm starting to suspect it will.

There wont be an appeal, not yet anyway. We have to try and get the charge downgraded so he can still plead guilty.

We haven't even got to the appeal yet. Tomorrow night is teh tribunal. If necessary the appeal is Wednesday. After that comes the REAL fun legal stuff - if it goes that far.

Maguire would not even have been asked for a statement yet. That will happen as part of the tribunal hearing. The MRP look at the footage of the incident, assess it on their criteria and pass on their findings. That is all.

                            I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

As Peter Fitzsimons would say, is Maguire a bloke or a blancmange?

Save your dignity Goose - tell us it was all an act!
