    North West Jets Forfiet first Round In Div.2 ?

    I dont know if PeKay is out there and seen it yet but just looked at the footy record on the NSW/ACT website and it has North West Jets as Forfieting the first round I Thought you guys had the bye I'm sure this will have him fumming

    How very strange. Probably just a typo / bad choice of words, but still...

    177th Senior AFL Match - Round 4, 2009 - Sydney vs Carlton, SCG. This is obviously out of date. I suppose I'll update it once I could be bothered sitting down with the fixture and working it out....

      Seeing as we were playing the bye, which everyone knows is an extremely dangerous opponent if it can keep you in the pub all day, we decided to go out in sympathy with Riverview so they wouldn't be the only reigning premiers to forfeit in round 1.

        Asking for a bye is the equivalent of forfeiting.

        Seems like the first rational decision the NSWAFL have made this year.
