The only shirt front MUMMY would give was a cheap shot.
He never stood toe toe with anyone. Never eye to eye just like his dealings when he burns kids playing AFL.

Yeah... takes real courage to hide behind a alias and take pot shots. At least "MUMMY" is original, whatever it means?

Mate your a deadset dropkick. Wouldn't mind giving you a shirt front ill give you the tip. Thats if you were big enough to let us know who you are. Obviously your a has been who knows absolutely nothing about Sydney footy. You talk about all these players Campbelltown have got from Wests and St George. They've got one from St George and 2 from Wests, both of which who were from Campbelltown anyway. So before you come on here spinning crap get your facts straight.

I've come across a number of twats in this forum, but you definitely take the cake.

So this notion of 'ethics' you talk about in football doesn't allow you to speak with players at others clubs, offer them somewhere to hopefully further their career and moreso enjoy the game to a greater extent?? Whether that enjoyment arises from a greater pay cheque or being at a better playing environment with greater opportunities is up to the individual to decide. Players are under no duress to leave their current club, or stay for that matter.

I reckon your perspective on 'ethics' would be a hell of a lot different if you were to coach a footy club where you would go to great levels to try to improve your playing list. After all your position would be monitored on your performances in games. Seeing that I have never coached and to be quite honest don't have a heap of experience in AFL football in general I can't say this from first hand knowledge or experience but one would think it wouldn't be far off it.

As i thought you havent had much experience in AFL football in general. Approaching players from other clubs is commonly called poaching - if the player approaches the club it is a different situation all together. Gaining players numbers through your job is definately a no-no........

Thanks for clarifying what poaching is. Its only been a talking point on here for the last 4 months but don't worry i've met people that are a lot slower.

So whats it like starting at 12pm on gameday?

Don't all jobs have some sort of perks..... If you work within the industry and you know someone may be interested in moving on from their current club, wouldn't you approach them if you thought it would be an advantage to your club.... but wait thats poaching, even though the player may be interested......in Sydney recruiting players is akin to kissing your best mates wife, alright until it becomes public knowledge!!!!!!!

I stand to be corrected, but my understanding is this: Hypothetically speaking, if an employee of an organisation, say, the AFL, obtained telephone numbers of players that had been collected by the AFL for the purpose of registering those players, and that hypothetical person used that information for a purpose other than for what it was collected, for example, contacting said players in an attempt to get them to play for his new club, say, Campbelltown, then that may constutite a breach of a National Privacy Principle. That may result in a hefty fine or possibly even that person becoming jail bait. Hypothetically.
