I agree mate, back to making foolish, inaccurate and potentially offensive comments regarding SFL clubs and individual players...He can tee off at me as much as he likes I quite enjoy the read....obviously a s..l..o..w learner.

Worth every cent I say No harm in getting past players as good as Withers and Moller back to the club. Still don't see that as buying a premiership mate.

Good enough to play anywhere Although I don't have the height to play as a ruckman.

I hope it wasnt because of his research on me and my tyre pumping exploits-its made me all warm and fuzzy. So many Mr or mrs x's on this forum, must have some shame associated somewhere.

My question still remains, who are the players that Campbelltown have recruited besides Withers, Lees and Wilson? No other players listed on the Sydney Footy website seem to be big names. I can't see why everyone thinks the Blues will do so well this year.

As well as all the reasons Woodsy mentioned, a new coach will usually find rebuilding a club to be at least a 2-year project.
After Rohan Graham took over at East Coast Eagles with his recruits, they struggled to gel in 2005 but then dominated for all but the last game in 2006. Similarly when Kevin Eynaud took over at Wests in 2004, it wasn't till 2005 that they really got going.
It often takes a new coach a year to sort through the club and fine-tune their lineup. KangaCoach has had that year last season.
For similar reasons, I expect it'll be next year rather than this year when Balmain will be in a position to push for a finals berth.

Interesting point Norris. How do you explain Mick Cousens taking Penno to a flag in his first year as Senior Coach? By my reckoning it makes the other coaches you mention (Graham & Eynaud) about 12 months behind Cuzzy.

Why is Rooboy suspended? Surely he has created some great interest on this forum and livened it up?

Maybe Super KangaCoach and Pekay Barassi are the freckled ducks of the forum and if they are bagged its an automatic suspension?

Rumor - Pekay is starting up another thread asking who is the greatest forum writer in the SFL - surprisingly he has tipped himself as the greatest.........

It was a great achievement by Cousens and the Penno team - but one key difference was that Pennant Hills were already a top contender before he became senior coach. The year before they had only lost 2 H&A games so weren't far away. Compared to Wests in 2003, East Coast in 2004 and Campbelltown in 2005; Penno were already in a strong position.
That's certainly not taking anything away from Michael Cousens, who did a sensational job with Pennant Hills last season.

Serious GoEagles my psi limit is exceeded with you pumping my tyres up,surely an explosion is forthcoming! As far as the rumour goes,i've started such a thread, but i can hardly nominate myself,as i'm sure paragraph use is a pre-requisite.as far as that goes, i struggle like i'm watching rugby!

Maybe you should read the forum rules and go play in the sandpit until you can comprehend the reasons behind the suspension.

Nor are harmless jibes at the spotted duck, Pekay, apparently.
