    "We had one token Australian"

Utterly and totally pathetic for someone who was probably born in Australia to say that.....

I noticed in the first 2 years that a few from Auburn were reported and they seemed to get away with a lot on the park but this year they seem to have a group booking at the tribunial. And to finish though they do at times play footy a bit differently to some they still have some bloody handy blokes running around.
A complete waste of time and monet and an insult to the intelligence of all football lovers that that family gets pandered to like that....

          How is Camden feeling?

Only out of the Div 2 finals on %, and they have Auburn in the last round next Saturday ...

Just another example of political correctness gone mad, combined with incompetent administration of the code in NSW .

Hopefully this is the last time a minority group full of idiots get pandered to by the NSWAFL but I wouldn't bet on it.

Just wondering which club the family will descend on next. That's if anyone would have them....

If auburn field a side on saturday for the last game of the H&A rounds it could be an interesting game.
The Camden boys play a hard, physical and aggressive style along with pace and decent skills

I hope some strong umpires are appointed !

It was only five months ago that Andrew Demetriou was sprouting off at the AFL season launch about Auburn and their wonderful achievements.

A few days later they dropped their second side.

No doubt he'll be giving the world an update on their progress come season launch 2013......

We have all had our differences of opinion on here but it does appear we are united in our feelings towards that mob. Good riddance, we don't need your filthy violent thuggery and off-field intimidation in our game.

He's a good guy actually. Bit unfair to tar everyone with the same brush.

Agreed - whenever Auburn Forefeit he goes to another ground and does some goal umpiring

I think Ali has been goal umpiring all season actually. By all reports he's doing a good job. I've noticed a couple of others bobbing up in orange as well, Khaled? Faraj and Wissem Kassem are a couple.

Ali is absolutely top shelf. Never had anything but good encounters with him.

This 'top shelf bloke' is responsible for the most appalling behaviour I have witnessed on the field in 24 years of senior footy. Went absolutely hay-wire when he was player-coach for Wests Premier div side versus Bulldogs in 2006(ish), continuously striking the Bulldogs ruckman to the face and head who was back tracking with hands held up in a submissive jesture. Then he started throwing punches at anyone trying to intervene. When he eventually left the field, he stood on the side line for the remainder of the game, yelling threats and abuse at the ruckman. At the end of the game he had still not calmed down and waited outside the Dogs' change room taunting him to come out so he could bash him. Absolutely disgraceful.
