And the hyphen between Nor and West differentiates us from the business park. We fixed that back in 2002.
    No detail too small

Good luck in the upcoming season, it must be very frustrating to see the NSWAFL showing blatant favouritism and inefficient use of their scarce resources (the absolute disgrace of the Auburn experiment still leaves me speechless) when you guys have been busting your guys for decades just to survive.

See that Muppet HQ has a new leader after Bolton bolted, wonder how long this one will stay?

We'll always survive, to what degree is a year to year prospect. The playing group dynamic has changed over the last few years, plenty of young local kids from various sporting backgrounds in the Seniors, and a smattering of RAAF and Army blokes as well. Although, one of our local products was lured over to NMOUALI Blacktown for 'more opportunities' as his school teacher sold it to him....who happenes to be a NMOUALI Seniors player.

That single year of 18s in 2012 saved our bacon.

Did the timekeeping & scoreboard at Blacktown last Saturday for a trial between North Shore & UNSW-ES. On a warmish day, indoors with air conditioning worked a treat....
Both sides still had a few out, but reasonably strong sides. Plenty of new players for both teams, but with no team sheets I couldn't identify them.
Scores level at quarter time, but North Shore got on top in the second quarter to lead by 4 goals at half time and 5 goals at the last change. UNSW-ES made a late surge to get the final margin back to 10 points, but the deficit was too much ground to make up. But a solid hit-out for both sides. Both clubs were disappointed to miss out on the finals last year; but they'll both be a chance to get back into playoff action this year.
UNSW-ES easily won the reserves - despite being 2.14 at one stage and missing some easy shots, they held North Shore to a single goal.
North Shore pulled away in the last quarter for a big win in the Under 19s; and also won the 3rds/4ths.
