where are the Bulldogs playing their home games this year ? Village Green would be nice for a change.

Tell you what....with that smashed up body that's carrying PK around, I reckon he's getting some 'divine intervention'. He won't be bagging out the church if he knows what's good for him !!

      1. UNSW are doing some exceptional recruiting - how are they getting these guns to the club $
      2. Eagles have recruited well from other teams - will that piss of the local players from last year? Are any of their older guys retiring?
      3. Is it true the wheels have fallen off Wests and St George
      4. Always the unknown will UTS have a 50% turnover again
      5. Penno are always quite - any upates from that black hole
      6. Manly - great new coach will they improve on last year
      7. Lots of talk about Camden but no transfers to them at this stage, but a few to Campbelltown?
      8. What about some plutonium updates - has the new strucutre supported recruiting for Penrith, Power, Mac Unit etc or been a negative?
Apparently Rhys Wesser is playing for Penrith Rams this year?

Was told that Village Green will never be used for sport again. "Green Space" for the apartment tenants. With Gore Hill out of action, I imagine BISP will be popular this year.

And don't worry about PK. Despite the tough exterior, he knows every verse of kumbaya

Had to leak out sooner or later. For a 40 year old, he's blowing the younger ones away at training.

Maybe he his worried about the Mac Uni players heading to North Shore when the Mac boys see how organised the Bombers are when the Bombers train at Mac Uni this year.

You can hear the words clearly from the Mad Mex joint across the road from the church in Bella Vista. Money does indeed buy fabulous acoustics.

Rhys Wesser? I'm almost certain I started a rumour on here about that around a decade ago.

Hmmmm...a few of us have gotten side-tracked at Mad Mex Norwest, when we meant to go onto the church - your not alone Pekay.
Just go out to Purser or BISP2 on a weekend and you can pick the culprits easily !

Every pre-season I get excited about the prospects for Wests and the Bulldogs, and every late season they seem to have gone missing. Wests seem to have lost some (coach included), but UNSW certainly seem to have recruited well - if they can get a solid pre-season into Lower then he could be a key. I liked the look of Pollock the coach and it's good that they have retained him
From the two games I saw of Manly last year, I'd say they need to improve the discipline and cut down on the cockiness a bit. And a solid pre-season into Tyrone could make him a key too.

It will be huge effort from UNSW and North Shore to do well this year, both without a home ground or clubrooms. Quality clubs but I cant imagine how difficult it will be given they both have a shxtload of teams.

Does that mean that Village Green is definitely out for the year. ..?
Yes it will be tough. UNSW must be sick of all this.

Forner UNSWES pres contacted me a few years ago for help re alternative ground. Im pretty sure SHH is on the money. Kelso is having a turf pitch installed so its not even a trainin viability - yet another example of an opportunity lost to syd afl. Perhaps they make a red hot run at trumper their real home getting upgraded
