Some of us knew this was a clanger, but remember that we are all guilty of them from time to time....or else dodge a bullet and go on to feel relieved about that.
I'm sure 5yp feels rotten about this....let's move on.

And, yes, let's also be mindful of the wonderful Gus and family at this time.

Thoughts and prayers for Gus. A much-loved character in Sydney footy and someone who it's always been a pleasure to see on game day. Everyone in our game is cheering you on and hoping you pull through.

Looks like Syd Uni Neafl transfers are going off like a frog in a sock, getting ready to work out best draft for them for this season.

It looks like the bean counters at SUAFC have been busy shuffling names around....you need to have something to do during the summer !
And Tyler Roos' application to join Auburn Womens has been cancelled - that creates some room in the Women's salary cap for an ambitious young man.

Zoppo deserting the sinking Western Suburbs ship.

Can a ship sink further from the spoon?

Depends on how many of these Tassie recruits come in and also the quality of them.

Furthermore off topic, but how terrible is the Sydney Afl Website content these days. There hasnt even been an announcement to restructuring of the competition yet which just over a month to go.

Tabs Still saying 2017 we have gone backwards since 2015.

Agreed. Surely even something about the masters league. I saw sydney uni's post about their side.

We had our first training for it last night. 14 old blokes at the start of March was pretty good! Can't wait to see how many hammys go in round 1.

Did any clubs have a practise match this weekend?
                        If yes any results?

Looks like Masters is going all sheep stations. I was looking forward to having a fun kick on a Friday night with a few beers afterwards.

Be interesting games for pre season to see how teams shaping up.

Bit of recruiting going on, good old Mudgey out and about in everyones region promising every academy player a start up spot for a game in prems, manly apparently doing much better numbers wise too, camden recruited well for first season and will be competitve, penno will be strong as usual, difference with easts they have recruited strong, bombers strong juniors coming through with the healthy list, eagles numbers much stronger and a new coach will be a different look, wests who knows depending on rumours of how many tassie players and what that balance looks like, UTS havent heard much apart from a few key players gone.
