Went down to Fairfax this afternoon. Was an enjoyable evening's footy. They've got a good setup down there; and more people from earlier games stuck around than what we normally see. They made some decent noise when Camden briefly hit the front in the second quarter; and the North Shore group in their cars setting off the horns made an impact.
They're doing a few things right down there. The bouncy castle was a hit with the kids, and there seemed to be plenty of them there.
On the field the Cats gave North Shore a run for their money. The Bombers won by 5 goals, but there was some good fight and some decent highlights from Camden. They're doing OK in Premier Division. Definately worth the drive down.

After the start few interesting points worth discussion, syd uni Neafl we will just leave as most clubs believe is a farce, the demons they are slow starters but always strong finishers , bulldogs the difference has them well prepered , north shore going well subject to neafl and uni exits, eagles new coach fitting in well and results improved, st George the 5 year plan well cooked time and ready for a over due change ,Camden showing they deserved in prems division ,manly we hear trouble but still some talented players so take on at own peril , uts who knows what comes out hot one week who knows next, West?s for budget they spend wow...... they in world of hurt

Camden definitely deserve to be in prems. Solid effort despite going down on the weekend and their 2's have started the year really well too. Great for the comp. Will be a challenge at Fairfax and will improve.
Have Wests and St George got heaps out? A bit shocked at how rough St George have started the year.

            Woops.

Yeh we have heaps out or unavailable atm. Even checking team lists youd see a number of guys playing 2 games each week. Luckily we have people willing, but hopefully a few more back over the next couple of weeks in all grades.

(Woops) Don't cry - The missing are the academy boys you took from others - we don't give a SH_T on how your clubs doing. But you will be happy if your Masters could win you a flag.
The word is Mudge not to see the season out ?

The woops was because I was on my phone and it said I had deleted 2 previous posts when I tried to edit.

Bomber asked a question and I answered it. Maybe you need to tell bomber not to ask questions about st george because you don't want to hear answers. Of course I will be happy if masters win us a flag. Would be great for them. Does your club not like winning flags? You should try it, we won 3 last year.

3 Flags last year - So why is your club struggling for numbers - Is something wrong out their - I would think having such a successful year in the lower grades the players should have been exited for this year.
Maybe your Prems could drop to Platinum Division so they can win a Flag - It?s been a long time since St George has won a 1st Grade Flag

Our reserves already won it last year.

18 rounds, only an idiot would write a team off after a 1 and 2 start. But if the shoe fits!

Playing NEAFL unfortunately. Should be back soon. Might see if he can come for another div 4 game.
