what about handing a copy of the call over to the RWO powers that be for them to put up on the site? That way, everyone would have access and it would be less work for yourself. Just a thought

Might struggle to host the full call!!!

But if there are no problems with copyright issues (Luffy? Do you have any idea?) I'm happy to edit a short highlights clip and store it on RWO for downloading, at least over the off-season.

Well, yes.

But if you do that, you'll just get the standard channel 10 commentary. And you won't get the same level of quality if you try to burn on DVD. There is the Foxtel IQ HDD unit, but to burn to DVD, you're still going to need to go through a D-A-D conversion whichever way you go.

For the sheer convenience of having a very good video transfer on a single dual-layer disc, along with 3 or 4 different commentaries, the DVD is a pretty good buy.

Then you'll save $30+ by recording off fox

It's all about how much you're willing to pay for what you get. I think it's pretty good value. With consumer equipment, you could probably get pretty close to the quality level by yourself, but with a few hours work (recording the game, editing, syncing up the extra commentaries, mastering the DVD, encoding the video for about 17 hours), and $6-7 on a blank dual layer disc anyway. Sod that for a joke

Its too hard to find.

Also if you buy the DVD part of the proceeds go to your club (swans).
