Forum Match verses Talking Carlton

Hi guys and girls. I have to come and and admit to being a Carlton supporter dont hold it against me.

The guys at Talking Carlton would like to see if there would be enough interest out the to Play a forum match prior to the game against Carlton this year. From what I understand they a bit of a laugh and fun as well as an excuse for a beer.

Let me know your thoughts either by pm or a post on this thread.

Hi all,

I'm a Sydney based Carlton fan (you might recognise my name if you've visited Talking Carlton) and would love to see this get off the ground.

Due to the fact I'm a fat bastard with a left knee that will buckle and collapse horribly if I sneeze incorrectly I won't be playing, but am prepared to do what it takes to get this forum game to be a goer.

I've offered my services to be a goal umpire on TC (http://www.talkingcarlton.com/phpBB2...pic.php?t=7191)

C'mon guys, be a part of something special - a chance to show some smarmy Victorians (such as myself) that Sydney is a genuine hardcore footy town.

Hmm may as well get the ball rolling for the RWO'ers, haven't played for several years, but was a decent enough fullback for the school/zone rep teams

Hey guys, have just thrown this into the main board as not a lot of regulars check out the NSW footy board. If I'm not working, I'm definitely up for it, but dunno how secure my knees or ankles are, so perhaps I'm better acting as water girl!
