I was kinda joking about the first aid stuff - still, it's nice to know it's there altho I don't think soft outside receivers like me will have much cause for it.

Just in case I'll bring some stuff anyway! If someone wants to grab a bag of party ice from a servo on the way that'd be helpful. Hopefully we won't have to use it, but better safe than sorry!
I've sent in the booking form for 2-5pm on Saturday. No confirmation as yet but I'm assuming it's all ok.
Also, I haven't had a chance to get down there to check out the size of this place - so hope it's ok. I haven't played for 20 years so the smaller the better for me.

Going back to my school days (and before the Eastern distributor) it wasn't a big soccer pitch - shorter than usual and narrow. But will be good enough for people wanting to have a social kicks size wise - quality of the surface will likely be ordinary.

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.
