Just been canvassing replies from TC, the preferred time is be there by 2pm, for a 2:30 start, which caters from some of the out-of-towners, and also for some of the guys up here who are going to a RL match at Aussie Stadium later that evening.

Also allows a social beer afterwards, and for Swansrock4eva to get there by half time.

Also, how does 4 15 minute quarters sound?

I'll send in the form for the Bat & Ball oval for 2pm til 5pm - if we aim for 2:30 (no later than 3:00pm) start, we can be finished by 4:30 & have time for a beer.

I'm still open to the idea of Gore Hill if more people want to do it there, but I have no idea if it's available - so maybe someone else can arrange it. We should finalise this today if possible.

I'm double checking with Willoughby council for the availability of Gore Hill as a back-up.

For me the minimum would be that one side wears blue & one red - at this stage I don't think we need to be too pedantic about the exact type of garment.
