The funny thing on the replay is what a huge slag off he gets from Robert Walls - makes me laugh every time I see it.

Whenever I see the replay of the game, I think that the original reaction from most people was the correct one. It has always looked to me like a fairly normal sort of contact (I have seen worse happen at pretty much every game, without a ripple in the media), with an extreme reaction by Maguire. No wonder Walls gave him a pasting. It was only the 5000 replays in super-slo-mo, and the intense belief that noone could be that good an actor or that weak a player prompted so many to exaggerate the intensity of the contact.Originally posted by Reggi

Walls was right it was a weak effort. Funny but the media never focusses on The Aints lack of mental toughness as to why they aren't a Premiership threat.
