My top 4:
Geelong
Adelaide
St Kilda
Swans
After that I expect:
Brisbane
West Coast
Melbourne
Western Bulldogs
Richmond and Essendon are smokies for bottom half of the eight.Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

Why isn't it an 11-game streak? The Saints met the Swans in round 11, 2004.

I've put off even thinking about this until now. So much of the assessment is based on the last time I saw the full teams play ? and that was six months ago. I think both the Swans and the (now case-hardened) Cats could win the premiership on a mix of skill and heart. West Coast have lots of talent but we have yet to see if they have the drive ? the loss to the Cats late last year was pathetic. Adelaide ? lots of heart but may have left their run late. Doggies ? heaps of skill and flair but can they go the distance? And will Eade repeat his 2nd year coaching record for the Swans in 1997? Saints ? huge skills but not much team spirit and GT doesn?t help. Melbourne ? talent and maturity but rarely hold it together for a season. Freo ? what is wrong with that team? Do they hate each other as much as it seems? Brisbane ? rebuilding but don?t overlook a Leigh Matthews team. Roos ? more heart than skill but enough overall talent? Bombers ? okay team but Lloyd as captain and an increasingly erratic coach won?t help. Port ? still getting over the post-Premiership implosion and little team spirit. Pies ? will they have it any more together this year? Tigers ? if Brown lasts the year and Richo stays in therapy they could end a lot better than where I have them. Hawks ? they could do what the Dogs did last year and surprise everyone. The Blues ? it all just seems too hard.Last edited by Go Swannies; 24 March 2006, 01:37 PM.Comment

I think we'll finish top 4, hopefully 2nd. Less pressure that way, but still a potential home run to the GF.Our Greatest Moment:
