He likes the fend off, did it twice as far as I noticed on Sat.

As for waving his arms, there was plenty of that going on from a few swans players to no avail.

Provided Davo continues with the excellent progress he made last year in terms of fitness, consistency and impact I'll be very happy.

He was one of the better players on Sat night and I thought he worked quite hard all game to get involved. So his skills let him down? He wasn't Robinson Crusoe. .

i didn't see any evidence that he was or that he should have been. missing an option is an elementary mistake and one that a seasoned and proven campaigner like willo only needs to have brought to his attention as davis did (somewhat emphatically).

typical walls mother-hen clucking. i've had no respect for him since hearing what he did to shane strempel.
then again, i think it would be worth trying 15-16 players on field so what would i know

          what he said.

I thought Nick played well. I liked his show of pace through the middle of the field to shrug off a would be tackler. Better game than others that's for sure.

But how many Colonel Burgers. That is the issue here, that and a certain airport incident. Fair enough, he was not in Brownlow form, and yes he has talked himself up this summer. But FFS lets read his comments as they are, a bit of fun, or if you must take them seriously laugh at him for being a bit of a tosser for saying it. I'd much rather read Nick telling me he is going to win 3 Brownlows and comment on how easy it is to win a game off his own boot, than for him to tell me the hunters have become the hunted and that they will be taking it one week at a time.

                  "Brownlows" Davis

Not a bad start for "Brownlows" Davis against Essendon. Missed a goal but was hard at it, passed to other blokes and even handpassed. On his way to the first of his anticipated medals.

                    Totally agree, you magnificent bastard.

Yeah nah at least he gave 121% (inc GST) and to his credit he set achievable goals and has taken the criticism on board blah blah cliche...
Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

Thanks Snowy, I was pretty certain he hadn't picked out any Dons.

And for your info was ranked #4 of the Swans players in Champion Data Stats. Hall was obviously top.

Everyone is judging him by the Hollywood stats...

Watching him for years, its the first time since Collingwood or any Swans season that he's played out of the forward line and lasted the whole game. Bonus.

Though everyone credits him on doing f-nothing in the semi v Geelong but for the super 20 mins in the last quarter.

He was probably in the top 4 for possessions up to 3QT in the semi final, so he'd been busy already.

That's right, I think he had about 20 touches to 3/4 time anyway and had been working hard all over the ground.
