    Who'll inherit the 14 guernsey?

Is there anyone in the present squad who the powers-that-be might consider entrusting the famous number 14 to?

I have faint hopes that Keiren Jack will overcome size and experience gaps. He's of that mould - courageous and fearless.

I guess LRT's better than Stephen Allender and he had 14!

Maybe the number should be reserved for one of Kelly's boys. Bob Skilton's kid never made it. Not sure about Stephen Allender's kids! (didn't play many games anyway)

How about the Roos boys as 14a and 14b?

Always disappointing that. Outstanding VFA player but just couldn't cut it in the VFL.

At the rate we're going all the players will be playing with fractions on their backs.

I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

No-one. However i remember myself and others in 2004 saying that Bevan was next in line for number 14. Geez how wrong we were...
