I'm on Dockerland (dunno why, just feel sorry for them, especially considering how much they have the pro-Eagles WA media on their backs)

I told em that it is not just Docker fans who are in uproar, it is everyone in football.

Even the typically cocky Saints fans agree

Give Freo the points, for the Good of Football!

It has been mentioned that Hayden Kennedy raised his arms to signal full time but was over ruled bu Nicholls. The timekeepoer saied he saw an umpire acknowledge the siren (Kennedy I assume) and so stopped blowing it and went about his paperwork until 10 seconds later someone bashed on the window to alert him what was going on, he then sounded the siren again.

It appears from all of the evidence that all rules were adhered to, except by umpire Nicholls, he should never umpire at senior level again.

Was there broadcast footage of Kennedy raising the arms. I watched the replay again last night and didn't see it.

According to Norris Lurker in the Freo/St Kilda spoilers thread he was visible raising his arms. But I haven't seen it or tried to see it.

I definitely heard it - but only because Anni has just told me (from the radio) how many seconds were left so that I was expecting it.

If the above statements are true (Kennedy and the timekeeper) then I expect the result will be altered.

At the very least you'd think Nicholls would consulted his fellow umps when confronted by the Docker's protests. You can see him virtually pushing them aside so he can bounce the ball.

Is Nicholls the chap who wore the cap all game against Port?

Suck it up, "the man in white is always right". Why Freo are so keen to lose their draft concessions is beyond me.

                      Gotta feel for Freo.
Well done Craig Bolton for getting the co- captaincy in 2008.

Your determination, your tenacity and your under-rated skill is why you have become my favourite player!

Lemme throw this in the mix ... Remember last year, Ainters are 5 goals (or so) up, Freo come back, some rancid umpiring decisions ... Freo wins ...

Who were the umpires at that game ???

                        Testing a conspiracy theory ...

                        Edit:
                        Umpires - B.Allen, M.Head, D.Woodcock.

                            Think so.

The same game in Tas last yr had STK get up by a point too. IIRC.

I'm surprised that no one has mentioned Saintsational, it has all been about Dockerland. The Saintsational forum site seems to be down, could that be the work of a disgruntled Dockers fan? (Sense of deja-vu due to BigFooty temporarily "closing").
I only support one team: The SYDNEY SWANS!!!!! :adore
