Agree. He's quickly becoming my least fave. I cringe every time he gets the ball. So lackadaisical with his disposal and rarely ever lays a tackle

Right on queue - @@@@ty dinky kick to the Suns and then barely runs to chase up the opposition

Again McInerney turns it over. Even Gerard agrees
Patterns emerge, but do they mean anything? No.

Agree, you take 2 opposition mids getting 30 touches between them every week

And sorry but I don’t think Corey is up to it

Not at the moment. And I think the same for Cleary. They might get better, but right now, they're just not there

I can understand lack of class but lack of effort is something that we rarely associate with the swans over Longmire and Roos years. We have to stop this rut of lack of effort.
we have the same kind of players in our team. They are the cherry on top for most teams. When the ball goes in open space these type of players with elite kicking skills can carve you up. However, we lack the grunt players and it is becoming more and more evident this year. We need 2 grunt players in the middle who can really tackle and hurt opposition.

Geez Papley is the most we are missing who has that X factor and grunt. I had never liked Mcinerney that much for his slow decision making, and lack of tackling and then always complaining attitude.

Agree with the negative assessments on McInerney. So many half-arsed turnovers. I also thought Florent was pretty dire. I'm not even sure what position he's supposed to be playing nowadays? If he's a small defender, he hardly gets near the opposition small forwards. If he's supposed to be a rebounder or winger, he's not getting the ball anywhere near enough. I also thought Lloyd was guilty of too many lazy turnovers.

I'm a bit undecided if I want to go into positives, because I'll largely have to ignore the second half, but I thought some were very good in the first half. I thought Campbell was excellent, especially in the second quarter, and you probably can't blame him for then being quiet in the forward line, when we didn't really get it down there in the second half. Warner, Heeney, Rowbottom and Jordon were very good in the first, before fading to varying degrees in the second. Melican, Roberts and Bice were pretty good in defence. Cleary applies good pressure and generally uses the ball well when he gets it. Francis was competent at both ends. And while Blakey's forward cameo was fun, I'm not sure if I really want to see it continue?

It's getting hard to see us eking out enough wins, to make a late charge when we get a few players back. Assuming that we get players back.

Maybe time to have JJ tagging as a HFF, he has goal sense and can apply pressure.

Put another pure midfielder in there, get Rowy to chase the ball more, like Libba. We are flat footed and defensive in there it's hard to watch.

We always worry about what other teams do, instead of just playing our game.

I just want to know what's going on? This is very unlike our usual attitude...Did Lynch really say that players were throwing up at half time? If so then something is very wrong with the fitness staff...

And to repeat my question- If Cox was to be replaced? Who? Who would replace him?

Cox isn't getting replaced, just needs to get his sh8t together
