Melbourne were tougher and stronger! Who would have thought they'd be doing so well after losing Petracca, May and Oliver? (Although, maybe losing those guys was what they needed!)

So who do we want to win tonight?

The team that was gifted a premiership at our expense in 2016 or the team that was hoping we would cease to exist in the 90s so that they could move into the Sydney market?

      It's a toughie!!

I'd probably prefer Carlton to continue losing.

          Culture does matter.

I thought in my preseason predictions on here they might sneak into 9th or 10th, mainly because I thought they had some good young talent. But didn’t see the across the board lift they’ve got from everyone from Disco Turner to Chandler to Sparrow.

Western Bulldogs did a Carlton, and the Blues win with the sacked coach bounce.

Astonishing how (often) this happens, the change
up between the ears and the ramping of the will to win.
v pleased for Wilbur and Ollie .

I watched the Carlton game, and the Aboriginal players participating in the opening ceremony and celebrating culture, and I think one person is missing. The man, the legend and the person who was hounded out of the AFL. The wonderful Goodsey. I miss his presence, I hope he is around to watch the celebrations of the young Aboriginal players. I hope he is happy, and I hope he knows how much the Swans faithful still adore him. Well I do.
