Well, that was a badly needed late goal, but it seems like we're being badly beaten in contested possessions. Obviously will have to fix that up to make a comeback.

Loving Curnow up the ground but need to keep either Joel or Logan deep if we do. And need to pick it up in contested possessions. Getting whacked.

selection g ot a lot to answer for Cleary and Hanily against the cats. Nobpody harrassing Stewart and there fwds roam anywhers and where are our defencders. Abig loss coming up, Cox doe nto know how to play a defensive game.

Thought Cleary has been okay. Hanily was an odd choice

Geelong has got 3 goals from our inept turnovers. Mills is playing well but he hand passed straight to a Geelong player for a goal. I'm perplexed why when we are running through the centre unopposed why we want to handpass. For goodness sake give our forwards a chance.

They are showing that they are not dependent on Tom Stewart. Rowbottom is tagging him.
But Rowbottom is a nonversatile player. So gets beaten when the original plan A fails.
anyways - Papley, Chad pretty poor.
Chad is usually a second half player and I suspect he will get his hands dirty in the second half. But we are got an absolute spanking in the middle that quarter. They are beating us at our own game and very well too.

And today’s handpasses are either floaty or toward the ground, making it much easier for the cats to pounce. They are on their toes, we are flat footed - at best.
Patterns emerge, but do they mean anything? No.

Someone needs to check on Chris Scott, can only imagine how hard he was laughing at half time

Very disappointing second quarter. Geelong looking good, but we're doing many silly things. Turnovers are awful...Let's hope for a good 3rd quarter

Not why we’re down but we’re getting pantsed by the umps. That was HTB every day of the week.
