Shameful!! They should stick to the usual football team activities of drunken orgies and aircraft trashing.

Jeffers...not a contribution designed to indicate common decency or your regard for good citizenship. The first caller had been quite distressed by the behavior which almost resulted in an accident.

You are kdiding me right? Do the residents of Balmoral not drive regularly on Sydney roads? Horn honking shouldn't bother them if they do!

Just what is happening in Balmoral ? A bloke blows his brains out on the beach two weeks ago, and now this !!

I think the solution lies a bit further South at Brighton-Le-Sands

Let me get this straight..... the Swans honked their horns and pulled out in front of EACH OTHER'S cars? And ONE local got upset. Wow, that's big news. Naughty, naughty boys

I reiterate...a very disappointing response on this thread. A classic case of assuming our boys couldn't do anything really naughty. Do you know enough about what happened to really comment without breaking the DH policy?
All grow up...& hope that the club is more sensible about it than this cross section of swans supporters.

I'm so ashamed. And this on top of Roos and the kids walking in front of Tuesday's car yesterday. It's a blatant disregard for the very road rules than have made our country great.

I once lived at Balmoral and I know what a ratrace it can be between trying to get to Bathers Pavillion and tennis, all the while weaving through a slalom of 4WDs. And now football hooligans, some with beards and shaved heads!

No reprimand could be too strong! I suggest we trade coaches this weekend so the player learn how corporate football management should be handled.

Accident?...according to who, the idiot who phoned in?

I think you need to take Jeffers advice. Get over it. Unless you were there how do you know that an accident nearly happened? Or are you just taking the word of a wealthy old fart?

BTW can you honk a car horn quietly?

As a last reponse to ignorance...the caller was distraught...had been backing out & cars 2 abreast sped past with horns blaring. A very bad ad for the swans, but presumably you don't care.

Those 4WDs are a big problem down at Mosman.

So what you are saying was that this caller backed out in front of two Swans players cars, they tooted their horns to alert him to the fact that he nearly caused an accident, and it is the Swans players fault because they don't live in Balmoral.

BTW if you back out into the street and someone runs into you, the person backing out, or their insurance company, will be paying for the damage that their actions have caused, ie. a crash.

Can someone let me know when they slam on the brakes to avoid an accident?

Or when they go through an amber light...

The swans are an easy target. I think the caller should ring his mate Ray Hadley everytime he sees a cabbie doing something that actually is illegal.

PS I m going back to my car dealer. I got a loud horn.. I want a quiet one so I dont annoy the narcs.

had been backing out & cars 2 abreast sped past with horns blaring
If you're backing out of your driveway and two cars speed past, how the hell can you tell they're swans players let alone wearing a red shirt that would identify them as swans?

I'm sure a lot of people wear red polo shirts and drive around!!
