These were the same residents who complain about people exercising early mornings at Balmoral Beach.

Strange that after this "traumatic" event the first thing he decided to do was phone Ray Hadley.

Sounds like he/she needs to get a life.

What a pathetic lot of immature apologists you are.
Never let the facts get in the way of a good laugh.
At least I am commenting on what has been reported...not on the sort of teenage bravado that fuels some footballers...& contributors.

You aren't serious... are you? (impossible to detect tone on this)

If this happened as it is reported, it would have lasted for all of... 60 seconds - 2 minutes? Like come on, if they hadn't have been Sydney Swans, and instead, had just been a bunch of mid-20s guys, would the caller have phoned up? I doubt it.

FFS, had it been at 3am in the morning, i could understand, but jeez, everyone is allowed some fun every now and then.

The complaint was perhaps a bit over the top, but we don't really know as we weren't there.

There is generally a perception here that Swans players can do no wrong. Well... they're young guys and they can behave like dheads I'm sure.

People surely have no life when they complain about things like this.

There does seem a bit of a trend though, before the Eagles final over in Perth last year, complaints were made about our boys hooning around a beachside car park in a rented Tarago and almost flipped it.

Persoanlly it's all good fun and until someone loses an eye, let boys be boys.

Bit rough, playing the man not the ball there.

What he says might be crap, but no need to get personal.

Too right! Whenever I'm distressed the first thing I do is put a call to talkback radio! If that nice Alan Jones can't fix it - or his good friend Ray Hadley - then it can't be fixed! I'm sure he gave them a good dressing down! Alan has a lot of experience in dressing down football lads!

I heard the call, the caller didn't seem to be sure which street or beach it occurred at, and Hadley pretty much dismissed the call, then said he had contacted Brassel and the team was not in the area indicated.
The article on smh reads a little differently, maybe something did happen, but it was hardly spoken about on the radio, apart from the initial call which, as I said, was basically dismissed as a nark.
I hear not what you say, for the thunder of who you are.
