    My number 1 frustration tonight...

The number of tackles, Collingwood players broke free of and ran away and / or got their arms free and disposed to a free player. Very diasappointing!

Number 2, the ball handling was atrocious!!

$300 down the drain, but I had a good time and Mr Bell thinks he watched the game but can't remember it. and the train was full of black and white.

We didn't play well and they did.

If Collingwood played well they would have won by about 10 goals.
Sydney were abysmal in most areas for most of night, playing in patches is not good enough.
As for changes would like to see Earl Shaw get a run, and give us another marking option that can come forward and kick a goal such as Jolly this season and Ball/Jolly last season.

Besides a great 10 mins of play in 3rd quarter, we played a very poor game, but the worst part about the evening was having to sit through the game next to two loud mouthed feral collingwood supporters(don't get me wrong there are other teams supporters and then there's collingwood supporters big difference from my experience so far) and be being blinded by joffa's gold jacket early in the 4th quarter!

I will be traumatised for life now after this evening's experience!

My first swans game of the year, and have now sussed out the "secret" nearby free parking spots, but just brought tickets at the gate which means I had altitude sickness by the time I reached my seat. Seriously, those seats right up the back arent worth 30 bucks. Its like watching the game on TV....except you're cold and tired.

Anyway, it was poor conversion in front of goal that cost us. And equally good conversion by the pies. We had more scoring shots, so should/could have won.

I can now see, and agree, with what everyone's been saying about Chambers, Richards and Matthews.

BTW, I have never seen a flood like what the pies put on us in the 2nd quarter. Every single player bar Leo Barry was inside our attacking. Leo hanging back at the centre square.

If you're referring to the guy in the gold jacket, I'm 99% sure that wasn't Joffa.

Didn't look like him, but don't tell me Gold Jackets are becoming a fashion trend at Victoria Park

I would add Davis as well and bring in Malceski if fit. Why Davis? Because there must be some attitude problems here. It looks to me he's not on good terms with other players.

Good summary. Overall I don't think we played that badly, but Collingwood were better. They were able to find free men all night; whereas we often turned the ball over due to their pressure. Hard to tell on TV, but it seemed they were running harder.

Mathews, Richards and Crouch were particularly poor. Agree with those who've suggested Dempster would have been a better matchup with Didak than Crouch, especially considering Didak's relative strength in the air.

On the positive side, good to see Leo play so well.

Listening to ABC 774 on the way home from work after the game and a caller suggested that Didak could well get a game with the socceroos, and not just for his ball skills.

Also what is the story with O'Keefe? He is fast becoming the most overrated player in the comp.

His set shots are pathetic and his work off the ball is a disgrace.

Really disappointed with his efforts last night and have been so for a while.

It makes you wonder with O'Keefe and O'Loughlin consistently bad with set shots do they ever, EVER practice it at all during the week?

Just thinking about it more overnight, Davis may need a reality check for sure. His attitude atm is a cancer in our team.
