"If you keep losing then I think you've got to start turning players over and just keep refreshing and renewing,'' Roos said at yesterday's recovery session at Coogee Beach.
"I went through this morning and looked at how many guys hadn't trained much over the past two weeks. It was about 11 of them.
"What we need to do is make decisions on how fit they are to play senior footy. Have a look at what their form's like, would they benefit from a weekend's break?
"Will they benefit from having a really good hitout in the seconds and playing a good 120 minutes?''
Roos would not elaborate on which 11 senior players are struggling with injuries and may be in line to be dropped or rested.

The only thing Roos is certain about is which young players starring in the seconds are in contention to come into the side.
"There's probably five. You've got (Luke) Vogels, (Paul) Bevan, (Sean) Dempster, (Tim) Schmidt and (Jarred) Moore,'' he said.
"But I'm not going to make five changes. We are just going to have to work out the match-ups.''
The toughest challenge for Roos this week will be to decide which players to demote or give the weekend off.
