Will Davis kick more goals in the 2's than the seniors will kick tonight?

Davis had a touch in the early exchanges but did not have a kick until the stroke of quarter-time, going on leads but not found by teammates.

Only kicked 2 goals against a bunch of inbred Canberrans with rude haircuts. Very innoculous performance. No way warrenting a recall, especially when some of the young pups showed a great deal of promise.

After a slow start, Davis warmed up, covering ground and got in to a scuffle in a show of passion.
        ...
The push-and-shove came late in the half and, attempting to make a tackle in the next minute, Davis was stung in a head-on clash.
I don't know that we've seen enough of Grundy to say he plays with no ticker.

Did you get there and watch him play? I didn't notice the big flag go up until the 4th quarter. If he wanted to he could easily have doubled his scoring shots but he spent the majority of the time he was around the forward line giving it off to teammates.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

There's every chance that the "bloods" system gives him a good rating based on "assists".

I believe they are calling him "The Vaccinator".

I go there half way through the 2nd quarter. To be honest ACTAFL footy doesn't do it for me, but I did not notice one N Davis doing horribly much at all.
