This weather's as foul as a chicken coop

    It's b-b-b-belting down.

So how do you rate our chances in the mud against the Bombers?

I'm undecided but not very confident, given our performance against the Saints earlier this season.

Mmmmm, I love that feel of sopping wet flags.

Looks like I'll be doing a big wash on Sunday morning, the way things are looking now.

Anyhoo... back to the game of football... I'm a believer that significantly wet weather brings the field closer together and then it becomes a case of which team plays smarter and wants to put themselves in more. Wet weather smarts are something that we lack terribly!

Cold and wet. The SCG must be absolutely soaked right about now, which won't change before tomorrow night. The cover will get worse so I think it's going to be a mess.

It's been pouring in the city most of the day, although the lights have been on at the SCG as well.

That's a shame because the crowd would have nudged 40,000 if it was a nice night.

They will be lucky to get 30,000 in the wet.

They'll cancel the reserves (again) at this rate.

I think Roos has planned this so that Davis never plays reserves so Roos has the perfect excuse to leave him out of the side as he can't regain fitness.

So you're saying Paul Roos controls the weather? Okay then.

i really think the scg needs to do something about its water problem- when it rains only a fair amount the ground is absolute sh@@. the easiest solution i can think of- a dome!
