I'm really glad that he can stay on for 3 more years. I'll miss him when he's gone though.
My Pokemon brings all the boys to the yard and they're like "Wanna trade cards?"
"Damn right, I wanna trade cards. I can beat you, I've got Charizard!"

Ahhhhhhhh just saw on the bottom of screen on fox sports news and then logged into here.

Great news from Tadhg and great news for the Swans.

Thanks to Eala ?ireann for promptly jumping on the evil doers here who not only can't spell our Tadhg's name but continue to poke fun and rearrange letters on purpose. (That's you Cow)

According to the Ch 10 news, he will also be allowed to go home for 3 months after each season, so I guess that means he won't be at pre-season training until after the break the players get over Christmas/New Year.

            I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

WRONG!! This could turn into a Speculative Negative Wall of Shame thread.

I might add that Kennelly has been down on form the last couple of games, clearly troubled by the decision at hand. I hope we now see him play 4 winning blinders in a row for the remainder of this season.

Fox Footy is doing a show on Tadhg's career next Wednesday at 8.30pm, entitled "Against The Odds". Might be worth a look.

Just logged on and worked my way through the 9 pages of this thread in anticipation, not having heard the news. Was sure he must have been going home, and so promptly burst into tears when I read he's staying (have had an emotional day). And staying for three years!

What an enormous decision to have made. Thank you Tadhg!

There was more chance of Hall kicking 20 goals this sunday to steal the Coleman off Fevola (who was stretchered off the ground shortly after the start of the match after a shirtfront from Simon Phillips).

(and yes, before anyone says it I know Flippa isn't picked .. but just work with me on this one okay)

Awesome news. Looking forward to seeing 4 more irish jigs before the contract ends.

"But this is my last contract with the club, and it gives me a deadline. Mum knows that I'm not going to spend the rest of my life here and that was the comforting thing for her."
Well what about your girlfriends family when you want her to move to the opposite side of the world?
Swans will allow him to spend October to January doing his pre-season in Ireland.
Why should he get special treatment?
"That's where I want to have my family. It's not here in Australia."
Well if thats the case you can go home right know IMO .
