Kenny has missed far less games and goes back way further so he would have to be first in line for the next board position wouldn't he? Plus he leads THE PLAYERS in a chant/song!!

The person who runs around giving instructions on which rope to pull to the people holding up the banner for the players to run through. The way they do it is compelling and suggests they're a natural born leader.
