He had observed that people who did lie were, on the whole, more resourceful and ambitious and successful than people who did not lie.

The incident was looked at - no charges were laid. Chick is also free to play.

Funny - he was interviewed in the tele today and said he feared for his safety.

Hah! THe FoxSports blog has a piece on how MOL's outburst was good for the geame.

One online reader responded like so:

I must admit, I feared for Michael O?Loughlin. Daniel William looked pretty hungry at the time

You should read Jeff Wells' op-ed in the same paper from today. You don't often get opinion pieces in the Tele but this one's a good one.

It's not online so I can't link it but he rips into Hunter, let me tell you.

No, i dont wonder at all. He his just a psycho who has had a huge whack with the ugly stick (ala Cameron Ling style).

If anything, MOL may have done him a favour.... its not as if you could make him any uglier!

And i doubt it was the face rub that fired him up. It was more than likely that fact that he was well on his way to being owned by my man Micky, and that REALLY would have screwed with his fragile ego. You weagles fans make your players actually believe that they are gods, the way you carry on. You scream like 15 year old schoolsgirls at a Beatles concert. Gods are infallible, not owned, and thats what would have fired him up.
If the siren sounds in Tasmania, and the umpires don't hear it, does it make a sound?

You're welcome. I would have missed it if I didn't go back to the sports pages for seconds.

Looks to me like Hunter is Head Butting MOL hand. What a thug

                      MOL/Hunter incident reviewed

The match review panel actually reviewed the MOL/Hunter incident
A clash between Sydney matchwinner Michael O'Loughlin and Eagle Adam Hunter from the first quarter was reviewed but given the all-clear after the panel ruled that although O'Loughlin made contact to Hunter's face, it was done as the Swans' star attempted to push himself up from the ground.
Unbelievable. Next time we play WC I urge all Swans supporters to give Hunter hell.
                      Occupational hazards:
I don't eat animals since discovering this ability. I used to. But one day the lamb I was eating came through to me and ever since then I haven't been able to eat meat.

Hunter is my most hated player in WC.(Reptile Head) I always call him. But keep an eye out for Beau Waters. Woosha is grooming him to be his next attack dog. He`s a dirty bastard.
