Let my start by telling you how much I love footy. If I get Alzheimers' (?) disease, and God said I can remember one thing only ... it would be footy.
It was whilst I was panicking that the membership department were most understanding.
I didn't say that "those of you telling me to calm down" were the ones ringing the membership department and abusing them. Read the post again.
The membership department were the ones who calmed me down.

I just had the most scathingly brilliant idea ....
Why doesn't the club put on ONE number for Redback, Cheersquad and Premiership Club members, and another line for everyone else.
It would make it soooooooooooo much easier.

I admitted to calling the club (in the very first line of the very first post ... read it). Yes, at one stage I even suggested we bombard the club the queries (they got that anyway). Yet, after speaking WITH the club, my fears were set to rest.
At NO STAGE was I ever rude to a staff member at the club.
A staff member had pointed out to me that some other people HAD been rude, and that she had appreciated getting some positive feedback.
After all the panic I've gone through over the past few days (I love my footy), I thought it timely to alert people to the fact that the membership dept. were being treated unkindly by some people, and asked (nicely) that if you are calling the club, please be mindful of this.

Was talking for 30mins. At the time, I had not received the letter, just read the sample on the net, and then talked to FIVE different people about the implications (the group we wish to book for). The group had stacks of questions that I could just not answer (even using this place as some type of reference point).
I wrote these questions down, rang the club, and discussed our questions with Rachel. Yes, it was probably stoopid of me to do so, but the club were more than willing to assist.
When I went back to my group with answers, they had more questions. So as to not waste their time again, I sent and email with our questions and have been replied to every time.
