I'd say keep doing it for as long as you continue to enjoy it - or until Baz taps you on the shoulder and says "@@@@ off Peter, we're all a bit tired of you". There should have been a ROK option on the poll though - maybe your time is coming to an end?

I voted continue. I sit in Bay 31 and enjoy the chants. Remember if people don't like it, they can always move.
Though I have started to notice, that more people AREN'T getting invloved

Have you ever made a post that has not referred to some extent to the enormous contribution that you make to the club, the code and the city of Sydney? Why is it that you cannot let anything go by, especially not anything that celebrates the achievements of another supporter, or shows their dedication or passion to the club, even their friendships and relationships, without having to drop you own name in to the mix as well? Can you answer that? Is it deliberate, are you that jealous of others and that starved of attention that you must draw it to yourself at every opportunity? Or are you not even aware that you do it? This is silly.

It's bordering on disgusting that you're considering stopping doing what you love because of ppl who go to the footy and expect everyone to behave like a tennis or golf crowd.

I wonder if those that tell ppl to shut up even stop and think that the players thrive off the vocal support....

Got no probs with the chants, so go for it Peter.

My vote for most annoying supporter goes to those who are too one-eyed, whose barracking becomes more than 50% whingeing (about the umpires, about the opposition and too often about mistakes by our players). They should be made to listen to a tape of themselves, for the full 2.5 hours, like the rest of us have to.

It's OK to internalise the negatives, and just roar your support.

You can't stop mate, my young bloke (2 yr old - we sit up near the bench) watches you all game and jumps up on his seat with you every time, for him you are very much part of the swans, how can you be complained about? We don't see you following the players (and specifically the cameras) around the ground, down the race, into the rooms, singing the song, in the showers, at the bus stop, and then still abusing anyone who might have the temerity to sit anywhere near your (unreserved) seats - and yes I did witness Kenny do this to a bloke and his son a few years back in the Noble concourse. I was embarrassed to barrack for the same team as him that day, and ever since!

He appears in the rooms after the match, trying to lead them in the song, while the guys try to keep a straight face. Even after the match on Friday night, when the guys were returning to the rooms, they tried to avoid him.

I know he has been around a long time, but do we need to see him all the time.

I'm sorry if I offended any Kenny fans out there.

I think there have been many a discussion about Kenny on this forum, and I don't think you're at risk of offending many fans on here!!

I'm sure I will echo the sentiments of many when I say that I'm sick of my support of the team being rubbished.

You may have been a fan longer, held many more banners / flags etc - and that's dedication that I am in awe of.

However, you need to find some humility and realise that not all people can / will go to the lenghts that you do, and that if they are unable to, they are no less of a fan than you.
